A: MonsterRAX is a derivative of heavy-duty, industrial shelving components. For that reason it is normal to find minor finish blemishes. These blemishes are a product of cold-roll forming and powder coating. They do not affect the structure or durability of the product. If you are ever disatisfied with your product, call us and we'll make it right...everytime.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which covers processing and re-packaging. Buyers are responsible for freight charges.
